Steve Vincic is the co-founder of the Kavin Group and serves as the company’s Vice President Operations and Contract Management. Steve oversees all aspects of the company’s domestic and US customer service relationships, the contracting process as well as corporate planning. In addition, Steve is responsible for recruitment, personnel training and acts as the company’s Chief Security Officer. Over the years, Steve has held various positions in automotive operations, transportation, warehousing and manufacturing fields. He has led organizational transformation initiatives, management training and was responsible for driving process change and product quality improvements with companies such as Fiat Chrysler Automotive, Allied Systems (Canada) and Cassens Transport Company.
Senior Director of Client Services
Perihan (Peri) Eid has countless years of experience in the recruitment industry in Canada and abroad. Peri is Senior Director of Client Services Permanent Placements for KTMR where she is responsible for the company’s support services strategy and enhanced client experience. Peri is also responsible for the company’s compliance with all government, company policies, human resources laws, legislation and procedures. Earlier in her career, Peri worked at top multinational firms such as Drake International, Sanofi and LOGIC Consulting Group where she held various progressive management and leadership positions. Peri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from the Modern Sciences and Arts University.
Director of Contract Talent Management
Jim Catton has over 20 years of experience in the logistics and transportation industry in Canada and US and over 15 years in professional experience operations management covering all aspects of business responsibilities including replenishment, payroll budgeting, cost controls and sales growth. Jim is the Director of Client Services for Contract Talent Management, where he is responsible for the company’s client support service strategy and execution. Jim is also responsible for the company’s compliance with WSIB, Ontario Human Rights and Ontario Ministry of Labour regulations and legislation. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters of Education degree from D’Youville’s Education. Jim is a professional mentor with a specialization as a track and field instructor.
