Our advice and strategic assistance take proper account of ethical considerations, together with the protection and enhancement of the moral standing and reputation of our clients, candidates, and employees.

Our contract will typically be in the form of a detailed proposal, including aims, activities, costs, timescales and deliverables. The quality of our service and the value of our support provide the only true basis for the continuity of our business relationships. Our fees are industry competitive. We provide high quality and specialized staffing services. We always try to propose solutions to accommodate our clients’ budgets and timelines. We think it is important to agree on a clear fee structure in advance to that we and our clients plan for what lies ahead, and how it is to be achieved.


We aim to be as flexible as possible in the way that our staffing services are charged and collected. We work with our clients to design an agreeable payment structure and schedule.

Intellectual property and moral rights

We retain the moral rights in, and ownership of all intellectual property that we create unless agreed otherwise in advance with our clients. In return, we respect the moral and intellectual copyright vested in our clients’ intellectual property.

Quality assurance

We maintain the quality of what we do through ongoing reviews with our clients of all goals, activities, outcomes and the cost-effectiveness of every activity. We encourage regular review meetings and provide regular progress reports.
