The Kavin Group sets a new corporate milestone with the announcement that HIRE Technologies plans to acquire the company. In preparation, the Kavin Group has initiated a strategic restructuring program to enhance its operational business model. This restructuring program includes the reorganization and simplification of Kavin Group’s services to better position the company to achieve its overall goals while also providing the continuity of strong leadership across all business facets.
HIRE Technologies’ mission is to consolidate and digitize the fragmented IT and staffing enterprises, streamlining operations and improving efficiencies. Additionally, the company has successfully designed a diverse business strategy centred around a responsive business model that provides investors with low-risk and growing cash flows. “The Kavin Talent Management and Recruiting division of the Kavin Group has a strong foothold in contract general labour staffing across Southwestern Ontario and elsewhere.
